2. You must vote for yourself at least three times per week.

At the lower part of the page, you will find links to the Roster, Spirit Bank ; and Cheer Graphics or cheers .
There also are links to the Graphics And Cheers on the Main page.

Your Roster will be ready by Saturday evening, so you can update at the VE Boards.
Your Spirit Bank will be updated by Saturday afternoon. You can earn Spirit points by doing the following:

Self-Voting will warrant you 10 points daily to be added to your final score for the week.
Cheering Daily will warrant you 10 points daily to be added to your final score for the week.
That's a total of 80 points for the week, that will be added to your actual score.
ALSO, if you cheer daily, you will warrant 40 spirit points/Cheer to go into the Spirit Bank. Also, if you make a Spirit Page, please send me the URL, and I'll give you 50 more bonus spirit points. You may use these points to buy graphics and etc. at the.
